What is SynthoMap?
SynthoMap is an enterprise system mapping application that lets you register applications, document their upstream and downstream integrations (including API details and data points), and visualize everything as an interactive system map.

How do I get started?
Simply log in with your Replit account — no separate sign-up is needed. Once logged in, create a system from the sidebar, then start adding applications and mapping their integrations.

What can I do for free?
You can log in, browse all systems, applications, integrations, and maps that have been shared with you. Viewing and exploring is always free.

What requires a subscription?
Creating, editing, and deleting systems, applications, and integrations requires an active subscription. You’ll be prompted to subscribe when you try to make changes.

What are the pricing plans?
SynthoMap offers three annual subscription tiers:

• Individual — $120/year for a single user. Full access to all features.
• Small Organization — $105/user/year with a minimum of 10 users. Includes organization workspaces and role-based access control.
• Enterprise — $99/user/year with a minimum of 50 users. The best per-user rate for larger teams.

Can I collaborate with my team?
Yes. You can share individual systems with other users and assign them viewer or editor roles. For larger teams, you can create organization workspaces where members are managed centrally with role-based access control.

What roles are available?
For personal systems, you can share with viewers (read-only) or editors (can create and modify content). Within organizations, there are four roles: Admin, Architect, System User, and User — each with different levels of access.

How do organizations work?
Admins can create an organization, invite members by email, and assign roles. New members must be approved by an admin before they gain access. Organization systems are separate from personal systems, so your data stays organized.

What is a system map?
A system map is an interactive diagram that shows all the applications in a system and how they connect to each other through integrations. You can view maps for individual systems or see a full map across all your systems.

Can I export my maps?
Yes. Maps can be exported to SVG or draw.io format, which is compatible with tools like Microsoft Visio.

How do I manage my subscription?
Once subscribed, you can manage your billing — update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel — through the Manage Billing option in your user menu.

Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored securely, access is controlled through authentication and role-based permissions, and payments are processed through Stripe.
